I am also not an engineer of any kind, but... I wonder if I could acquire one of these, now that I have seen it. I'd like to take it apart, but have no wish to harm yours in my tinkering.

What all else is it capable of?

Well it's got slots for 8 other quartz. Each of those slots can basically do only one thing. This one [taps the one under the master quartz slot] can hold a secondary master quartz, but it has reduced effectiveness compared to the first. We can't get Arts off it, for instance.

Past that, it can make calls and send text and video messages.

Those are two vastly different functions. How clever.

Yeah, they sorta tacked on the communication functions when the ARCUS came out. This is the ARCUS II.

Does the name stand for something...?

All-Round Communication and Unison System.

Indeed. It would have been my first choice, if not for the necessity of the rest of my outfit.

I really shoulda got my stunhalberd first, but I can improvise weapons pretty easy, at least.

Good. Though unless a fight is provoked [ @'s kaine ] you'll likely be fine until whenever that box accepts requests again.

I don't mind it gettin' jinxed so long as no one soft gets hurt. I enjoy a good fight.
